First of all it's NetArm (not StrongArm). Advanced Risc Maichines just provides a processor for the chip, that's all. When you buy your PC with Intel's Pentium or Pentium II inside of it , does it mean that PC is made and owned by Intel?
Also since you mentioned that FIBR "is just another modem company" I would suggest to you to either do more research on Osicom or ask somebody to explain to you what a modem is.

In Common English it reads AMTEL.......

They manufacture the chip for FIBR. FIBR is the owner and developer per say.

Not a revolutionary product but a product in demand. A product with
immense variations in different applications.They could sell millions of them. No competitors for that type of " all in one chip ". Net+ARM
is the name.
