John,

I agree... GO PACKERS!!! However, I actually prefer Denver. The rationale for my betrayal??? Apparently word on "the street" is that if Denver wins, we head for a bear market in 1998. Packer's win, then we the Bull continues to rage.

GO PACKERS!!!!

And about loans... I meant to imply that BC would loan whatever was necessary to the company out of pocket in order to maintain operations. No collateral would be involved although since it would be a personal loan. I don't really know for sure, but I figure since he and his family continue to hold substantial quantities of the stock, I see him doing what is necessary to keep it going.

And my logic for June 30th is that what I understood from both following GRNO and DBDY, was that a contract for this type of equipment signed by December, 1996, must have the machine installed and operational by June 30th, 1998 in order to claim the tax credits. The only parties eligible for Tax Credits under this status are RecOil and Mid-West. I'm just using deductive reasoning and if we get past the end of February without a deal, the likelihood of either of these two parties getting a unit operational by the deadline grow dimmer and dimmer.

It's a long shot, but one of the factors I am relying upon to assess where we stand. Eventually, a day of reckoning will arrive on the viability of these deals to capture what amounts to over $1 million in tax credits annually. I call that an incentive to make something happen.

We'll just have to wait and see.

Regards,

Ron
