I’m simply claiming it isn’t what Trump was charged with. It is precisely what he is charged with. Despite your claims. And you can’t just change that at will. See, this is where you get all cross-wise with reality. The reality is that you are the one trying to change things. He was charged with abuse of his office and obstruction of justice. Both of which are clearly and obviously the case. Amusingly, Dershowitz is trying to claim that abuse of office isn't impeachable. But he sang a totally different tune in 1998...
