Dave_from_Florida I think Dershowitz is getting cold feet. It was announced that he is going to be a member of Trumps defense team to avoid him being called a witness who will testify on the unconstitutionality of the impeachment but now even Dershowitz doesn't want to be considered a member of Trumps defense. If he is called it will open the door for witnesses to be called to rebut what Dershowitz says. I doubt he will even be called after seeing him on TV and refusing to say whether Trump abused his power or not. He just says it doesn't matter whether he did or not because it isn't impeachable which is hardly the message you want to convey after Trump was already impeached.
