What is hilarious is that you often take words and concepts from that time period and not only claim you know the meaning, but what the writers had in mind.

Now it is possible to determine at least some of the thought processes of the Framers. The Federalist Papers are the primary source for that. But you never reference them for some reason...

As to "maladministration", I didn't have to look it up. It is a term that is still in use. By its nature, it is a broad classification, like high crimes and misdemeanors. And, by its nature, it has to do with abuse of office or powers. To claim you don't know this is, well strange. Probably because it doesn't support your thesis that your cult leader is guilty.
