Bill, it's all semantics. Collectively, Congress is responsible for impeachment and removal. One half is responsible for impeachment, while the other half is responsible for removal. It was designed that way for a reason. Congress will end up impeaching President Trump but not removing him from office. Even the libtards on this thread have resigned themselves to that outcome, which is why they're all parroting the "impeachment is forever" line. Tenchusatsu
