I still wonder why would a person take so much time and effort to bash a company in which they they are even invested. Why doesn't that person just move on to a company that he feels has potential.
I guess maybe some people get their kicks that way.

Verbal assignation is a response to negative hype about a company presented without the due diligence to back up the negative hypsters statements:

a. for the purpose of affecting the stock price for one's own gain,

or

b. just resulting from a very negative personality.
