Biden is engaged in a blatant pay-for-play scheme giving Burisma access to the VP of the United States.

It would have been entirely inappropriate to have allowed the funds to flow to Ukraine given that truth.

If you can’t ack that, then there is no basis for discussion. You have your head too far up Pelosi’s ass to think clearly.
