jamie, that vid is 98% or more a report on what happened. The winner speaks some about what and how the rink was repaired. you do not listen to the winner ever. My life experience sees the clear symmetric recursive truth and meanings in that report. I have personally taken over complex multi million dollar technology projects shown as 12 month's plus behind schedule and in 3 month's had them 2 month's ahead of schedule. And completed 6 month's ahead of schedule. That was over a 13 month period. Every company have various processes and all create rules or procedures to control those with little common sense. Success is knowing the rules and who want and why the rules are waved when they are in violation of common sense. And knowing the happy few who know and understand goals of all rules.
