Where is the headline that says: Donald Trump kicks off his strategy for changing the rules of trade with China with his Phase 1 agreement with President Xi.

Where is the website that describes the strategy that has been in play for the last three years? The China strategy, if there was one, did not just kick off. This is the first deliverable, three years in. What were the objectives and how did this agreement meet them? What's next?I thought Trump laid out his goals clearly on his website and at his rallies.

As for rallies, you know that sort of serious, long-form thing isn't covered at a rally. Those rallies re just trash talk and in-group fluffing.

As for "his" website, do you mean that of the WH? That's a chronological list of events and remarks. As such, it has an item for the China agreement with some bullet points. That's typical of WH sites. Doesn't speak to strategy.

I saw a table on TV the other day speculating on Iran. They were trying to infer the objectives from the collection of observed actions. Someone concluded that the objective in Iran might be regime change. Do you think that's what it is? Either way, how would you know? From his rallies?

There was a strategy in it which was to benefit African-Americans who had been given long sentences for drug possession

IIRC, it was some celebrity that pitched that to Trump, a Kardashian, maybe. So, is that one-off or a line item in an overall strategy to benefit blacks? Or maybe in an overall strategy wrt the war on drugs? Or part of some other broad strategy? If so, where are the other line items?

So, Trump's therapy rallies are where he tells us his policies?

The last rally I saw him at, he was ranting about how many times he had to flush the toilet to get it to swallow his huge, constipated turds, how the shower didn't give him enough water to keep his beautiful hair clean and how you had to run the dishwasher 10 times because it was blowing air instead of water!

I really doubt he's ever even used a dishwasher.
