GD, I think it all hinges on Saddam. My gut tells me that Clinton has to play hardball to prove that Monicanucleosis has not neutered him. And, of course, Saddam continues to be a nutburger who can't quite connect the dots on getting UN approval. Without Iraqi supplies, I think the price bounces. MB
