Well, okay, Jim, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and I find it much more interesting to talk to you when you write more than one line. You are certainly most welcome to discuss any issue here, including your FEELINGS!!!!

Everyone here is an individual; I don't think you could find two people on this thread who think the same way on all issues, or even many. Well, perhaps one exception comes to mind, but everyone here forms their own opinions. If you firmly believe that everyone is just moralizing, you are certainly entitled to feel that way, although I for one would disagree.

I have run across absolutely no one who even wishes or hopes that Clinton ends up in jail. I personally hope he ends up in intensive THERAPY, and manages to salvage the rest of his life and find some happiness (in the private sector, of course).

The polls do not bear you out, however, on your statement "Those who support him are overlooking his character flaws and do not support the
ceasless efforts to get him on anything possible." At the moment he is falling so fast in the polls I bet his head (no pun intended, please) is swimming!!!!

Anyway, Jim, please hang out here whenever you feel like it!!!

Jim, its amazing, but I find myself going, Hear, Hear, to your statement.

Now, being a canadian, I really don't have strong views on this, but I did cry when President Kennedy was shot.

Christine asked me a question about Gennifer Flowers last night, so I went and reread her book, "Love and Betrayal" After reading it again, I find that she didn't realize the depth of the political machine she was going up against. She is a conflicting mixture of gullibility and mercenary tendencies.

This whole debate will prove nothing, because there are too many forces at work here, the truth will never be known. Public preception is all that matters in cases like these. It will depend on who can spin the best story.

I enjoyed reading your posts, as you have many clear and concrete opinions. I have found that a sense of humour goes a long way on forums such as these.

Jim,

The whole Clinton debacle has me feeling wrung out. To make matters worse, I live in the Washington area and am inundated with constant "updates"--some from friends, both opponents and suppporters of the administration.

But, I just want to say that your view is (to my mind) the most evolved. I think this is a sad time for our country and I despise the salacious fascination of the media. Ironically, the media may have had a role in Princess Diana's death (although I really couldn't care less) and people rallied against it then. Don't they see it now?

Well, the people who are making a big deal out of this are going to have to face a much "bigger deal" if they get what they want. Why can't people look ahead and see the consequences?

I'm sad.
