Hi William, What you said is absolutely correct. Wait for the trend to change even if that means you don't get in at the bottom. Wait to see that demand is coming in. The oil service sector has reversed up but has not given a buy signal yet. We have the first good sign. Next I would like to see is the NYSE bullish percent reversing up (although I think this thing with Clinton will keep that from happening). Dorsey has writen a market commentary for us that I will post here shortly. You will find it valuable. Check back.
