Premier, interesting little story. Does the guy have only this one pharamcy or some more stores? Do you have more clients as him? Maybe want to call them up and ask about precriptions being presented. A sample of one client reporting this is really not significant statistically, we both know this. In any case it will seem to me that OXHP improved their backoffice and IT system as evidenced by the now-possible member search by enrollment no. That's positive. I do not expect any big increase in OXHP enrollment for 12/97. I'm still curious for their nos. announcement and new balance sheet figures. Thanks for posting, Thomas
