"science is being used as dogma"
No, non-science is being used as dogma.

"Believers in free markets dislike the implications of the science, so they deny there is a problem in the first place."
"Is that a statement that is based on science?"

I would say it's based on economics, political science, and psychology. I don't consider any of them to be actual science, despite their pretensions.

"it does confirm that the religion of climate change is all about pushing socialism"
Is that a statement based on science?

"the author of this puff piece assumes that people who believe in free markets are 'science deniers'."
I assume they are moronic dreamers pining for a fictional world which never existed, and which never will. Are they also science deniers? Depends on the science; most accept the science of splitting the atom and blowing up a country. There are prolly a few free marketeers who do accept climate change.
