Noticed that the updated analysts' recommendations for ATI have slipped in the last month. Now 16 strong buy (was 19), 6 moderate buy (4), and 2 hold (1). Assume this is because of the recent price appreciation. Also, IBD show short interest up 45%, but only 8,169,343 shares. Earnings estimates appear to have remained constant. 17 estimates with a high of .19 and a low of .09, average .13. Year ago was .03 with no upside 'surprise'. Last two quarters have had positive surprises of approximately 38%. Roy
