Fubho, obviously the solution to that is to just release the prisoners, be soft on crime, and stop enforcing the law. Just look at New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, etc. All shining examples of left-wing social justice in action ... Tenchusatsu
