Last time I checked, "atomic science" is supposed to be "science science."

This is exactly what I was talking about.
You could make your own, and try "I moved the hand back to 5 minutes cuz Tump stopped Iran's bomb".
I wouldn't because it's completely meaningless.

Ever stare at a "99% complete" bar in a Windows dialog box, waiting for it to become 100%? Even that's more reliable than a stupid-ass "doomsday clock."

Even the units of measurement on that "doomsday clock" isn't based on any objective standard. Science is based on objective standards, reliable references, and measurable data.
