Well, there is a lot of crappy technology stocks out there where the companies don't make anywhere near .22/share and go for three or four times price of GT. I must admit there does seem to be some kind of a connection between the Microprose deal and this lawsuit. Funny isn't it that the deal falls thru and a month later...

As for those leading the lawsuit, as far as I am concerned they can go to hell. This is just a money grab and nothing less. I would bet it falls on it's face. I must say though, you have a flair for the dramatic. I don't see anything that is that worrisome with GT. It's just one of those loser stocks that will need a huge shakeup before it ever goes anywhere IMHO.

BTW, I seem to remember to be able to land on the bomb ledge below and go through the tube which takes me out of the plant. You might not want that if you haven't grabbed as many Mudokens as you can.

To tell you the truth Buddy, I don't know if these lawsuits would hit the bottom line this quarter or not. I do believe that we'll see them smacking GT in the arse next quarter though. My humble opinion is that it won't be long before the management of this company will be bailing water big time. I can't remember the last time that I saw a company's management make as many screw ups as this. What really surprises me is the number of lawsuits against GT now. There at least 2 different law firms filing against them. Not a good sign. BTW, there can be as many class action suits as there are owners of the stock. I have a feeling that we are going to get hammered this quarter and the two or three point dive we have seen is in anticipation of it. I would be shocked if they were to even come close to their numbers. And all the while Epic sits over there and makes snappy quips like "It will be released when it's finished" to explain their failure to release Unreal in the 20th century. I have bad news for Epic and GT. Not everyone has a 3D card. They'll be lucky to squeeze out 150,000 units in the first month. I tried Quake II on my old PC with no video acc. card and that game blew. I loaded it up on a 4 meg vid card and it rocked. But who has a 3D card all ready to go?
