Rich, You know why she withheld the articles. Trump was blocking the release of documents and the testimony of key officials. LOL, they certainly had a "strong enough" case in the House, and time was of the essence. All of a sudden, the case wasn't "strong enough"? More documents needed to be released? More witnesses needed to testify? The reason why the story changed is obvious. Impeachment turned out to be 100% partisan.
