NCR is looking very similar to the IBM turnaround. Bascially IBM reduced cost, had a series of layoffs, and increased margins by getting into the solutions/service business. IBM's overall revenues never increased by more than a few percentage points, but there gross margins increased... resulting into earnings gains of 20% a year.. Ncr looking good. best returns j
