Ok...That settles it.
I really don't want to do the math to get it exact.
The last two steps will be obvious enough with the final volume move being the very visible key.

Meanwhile we have CALA on tap. A 1.6 mil. or more vol. day on a move up oughta do it.

Ok...on the daily TGNA chart I posted, the MDTL finishes the month at 17.05.
Close to your 16.80 or so.
I'll see if I can finer tune my line...or do the math.
