bill, go to a compusa or best buy. purchase 2 hrs of inhouse training for $60 . all the phone stuff in the presario is techie. also, check the website and get answers. why buy from cpq since the bestbest will cut you a deal and set your pc up for free and also give you that 2 hrs of in home instruction.

this is the only question I see.. How do like yourPresario 4814? Do you wish it had a capability it doesn't? I think my concerns about where you want the beef are still there. With video and video editing and v-phone you may need a deskpro 2000 not a presario..but a presario should do all the basics except v-editing...might be short IRQ's.... not I'm not the techie... I would think that you don't need a cpq person at all. ask the v-phone people not cpq
