YOU do need cash to buy penny's with their program, and yes you can enter prices to the penny but only on the phone. the trade will cost 24.95 because they get you for 5 bucks on the limit order, another thing is those 5 free trades they give you are only for market orders. You will have to use those on the big stocks, cause you will get killed on the penny's of course you know that already. Next stop for me is National Discount Brokers, supposed to be great for OTC stocks. GO NRAG MBA
