good to see that our friend Jeff Vinik is back to play with
us. he's probably the "steady accumulator" we've noticed
buying with blocks sized not so big as to move the price.

he'll probably stay quiet.

but what about H&Q with their 700 K?
when are they going to start boosting a la RMBS?
