Hi Cima....IMHO Erin will happen and I think that the deal is done. This stuff about Our terms means nothing. CLL and Erin Vent. have shaddy promoters behind them and usually when a shaddy Co. finds anything of substance it pawns the asset off to a co. like ANZ for a song. Promoters are just interested in pushing paper around and riding the elevator. For example the CLL deal, the real asset from ANZ (Cash) went to a co. called Narmco (something like that as I recall). Narmco is a filter company for Bruce MacDonald who represented CLL man. at the time. Fixer
