bill, on new units they sell a 2 hr training session of presario for $60. it's at your house. new pcs are set up free with all your s/w and h/w I've bot allot of the refrubs at cpq. all are still ticking and some are 10 yrs old. they had officail store before the real store opened up. the pcs at that store are as good as new. this is one thing dell does crummy..their refrubs are 100% doas or they fail soon. it's easy to fix, but they always fail. I still buy some p266's at dell refrub since I have great techies at work. I've purchased maybe 200 cpq's at thier store...zero problems. I've purchased maybe 50 dells at refrub. now watch one of those dellites that has never bot a dell or delll refrub tell me I'm all wet.<gggg> I don't use video phone, what is your question on v-phone. if your question is will a presario do v-phone, the answer is yes. I usggest allot of mem, get a beefed up video card and check if vram is needed.. if so, then get a pc that takes 4meg of vram.
