Hello Mr. Metals. I am really hoping that this situation is a tempest in a teapot. I repeat I believe nothing illegal transpired. GMD auditors did not qualify the Annual Financials in which this transaction was disclosed. GMD got a clean audit. Before anybody else shoots their mouths off I suggest they do some due diligence. If this transaction was illegal the auditors would have noted it in their audit and qualified the financials. You guys are a bunch of goofballs with nothing better to do than slag off a company before checking the facts. Mr Metal did you read the Financials? Anyone else? Until you do keep your mealy mouthed comments to yourselves!!!! Surething
