Sorry but Trump really is an arch-criminal who is trying to steal an election with coerced smears from a foreign govt. Foreign governments don't cast a single ballot in US elections. Unlike illegal aliens, but that's another story. No but you don't have to cast ballots to win elections. You can lie to the public and you can prevent Americans from voting.
