I wouldn't classify Cal-Asics as a dog, it was more like a "cat" with nine lives. They can't quite kill it.

They have already recouped quite a bit of their loss with a court decision last fall and they may get something more back if they ever do sell it or get a partner to take over operations. It's just not a business that they know enough about to make it go.
