John, Thanks for your the detailed answers. I have spoken at least three times to the local branch manager about the need to improve/upgrade many features on the WebBroker within the last 6 months. He kept giving me the empty promises of "we will take your inputs into consideration and will get back to you". Have you and anyone talked to the main office in New York or even Mr. Waterhouse himself about the need to upgrade WebBroker? If anyone plans on calling Mr. Waterhouse himself, tell him to promote only the best to be local branch managers.
