Just want to first
welcome Mr. Macleary to the thread, nice to have his contributions here.

After earnings report, PSIX stock price?? Anyone's guess IMHO...key will be the next 3-10 trading days. If a revised bid or a new bidder steps up to plate, then we could be trading anywhere. If nothing? Well, I would assume back btwn $6-$8. Whether it will stay in that range like Mr. Macleary has mentioned more than once, I'm not sure.

Personally I do not like the IXC deal, for a number of reasons which I will not rehash here. The one bright spot is that their are much larger shareholders out there with tons of more money at stake who have voted this through, believing that they will see some type of reward or return on their investment. Evidently the deal must look good to them, and I will not be foolish enough to believe that I know more than they, me with my limited experience and very little details available as well.

So we shall have to see how the rest of the month plays out. PSIX still in play??? I hope so, if anything I am hoping that other companies will take a second look at PSIX or at least they will take notice somewhat. An all stock offer between $13-$18 would be nice right about now.

As far the inference in some of the articles regarding a hostile takeover, not sure how that is gonna happen with the poison pill in place. Hmm....don't know

And as regards Mr. Macleary and associates meeting this weekend to decide their next course of action, well...between the Superbowl and all of his posts here, don't know where he'll get the time to meet with his people.(although we do appreciate you posting here!!!)

regards,
