Dr. Cottrell discussing changes in virus mutations starting in the 1990s, almost hits on the cosmic ray connection to mutation.
11 year solar cycle minimums began their descent, along with maximums, at that time. Each trough lower than the last as the type of mutation discussed became seen more frequently.


He's "almost there" on many related issues. Closer than most.
