Things sure are quiet around here. The stock has been doing great recently too. Today was an interesting day. First the stock almost hits 25 and news comes out that TSRI is ITAA*2000 certified: biz.yahoo.com Then, late in the day, the stock at 23 (down a 1/2), the next news item comes out (regarding the completion of a private placement): biz.yahoo.com According to the news release the CEO offered 160,000 share and the company contributed 500,000, at a price of $16 per share. Does anyone know why the company did this? I sure didn't see that coming. Lets talk... Ty
