If anyone thinks Moscow Mitch will pass a law they're not well. He can't do anything that requires the two parties to work together. He has more government shutdowns under his belt than all previous leaders combined. Republicans love him because he's incompetent. Imagine what we could do if we raised taxes. Being dirt poor isn't working but republicans can't stop themselves.
