Z man: "from what we know they have a lock (re: their patent). You need to read the patent, obviously, or better understand their buisness. They have an alleged "lock" on the process, not on the mechanism, true. But... ever heard of a "factor"?

Your comparison is preposterous. As the man said Actrade is no Microsoft and you, Mr. Z-man are no Warren Buffet.

You are sadly mistaken about the proprietary nature of the financing.

Even the company says that it welcomes competition. But how could it if it really beleived the patent was enforceable or its "technology" enforceable.

Remember when you sleep with dogs you wake up with fleas. You should be itching those scabs for some time.
