More often than not, it's not the Institutions themselves that are at fault, it's those certain individuals who rise up into positions of Prominence and Power within those bodies and who FCK IT ALL UP .... There were the "Popes" of the past who were SELLING "INDULGENCES" and making a fortune from "The Gullible". Martin Luther was prepared, as was Galileo, to stand up and confront those in "High Office". Once again, he had to be dispatched and removed. Can't have ONE individual showing up the church .... where would it all end !!!! Today we have Donald Trump vowing to Drain The Swamp ..... Because many of the PROMINENT Swamp Members have been STEALING FROM THE MASSES when they LAUNDER FOREIGN AID MONEY, i.e. taxpayer's money, and divert it back into the pockets of a Select Bunch of Crooks, many of them who hold Political Office. So the Demented Democrats in the House of Representatives have DONE FCKALL FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS EXCEPT DO THEIR DAMNEDEST TO GET RID OF THEIR PRESIDENT. They forget that they were elected to get things done in Congress because THEY ARE THE SERVANTS OF THE PEOPLE, AND NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND !!!!
