Re the phony baloney charges against Joe Biden, even if they were accurate, didn't they involve his actions when he was VP. Elected and in office. A part of the Executive Department. Therefore, wasn't he above the law just as Trumphumpers say Trump is? Can't even be investigated. In fact, according to current Trumpian thinking, that means it is wrong to even question his actions while he was part of the Executive Department. Right?
