Kenneth, Have you looked at the "Law Suits" contents on WDC? You may need to read them all again. For unknown reason, I cann't do paste on SI any longer, otherwise I would have clipped the Law Suits write-ups for you to review. WDC's share holders are going after the mgmt for cheating, falsifying, inflating, selling,......., and so on!
That stock was at $ 54 when S3 was at $ 18 -- WDC is $ 18 and S3 is at $ 5 now. They both are in court!

You say "Steve said he would not invest in a company that lies to the share holders" -- These WDC's Law suits are saying the same thing. My point was that once you take a position in a stock (long or short), you want its trading performance to be on your side. If not, you got money to burn!!! Steve is not different than others.
