Hi Sun Tzu,

Sorry for my late response. I had a family emergency to attend to. My mother had an tachycardia arrhythmia about a month ago and then the following week she sustained a fall. She's feeling much better now.

I spoke to my prof and she said to pursue a complaint with the Vet College. You can use the evidence gathered from your case to be used later in a civil litigation matter. You can also pursue a criminal action using Cruelty to animals.
