I have not had a cold or flu for at least 10 years. I take 50,000 iu D3 daily. My D3 = 160 for over a decade and a half. Told to have 2 knee replacements starting 12 years ago. My Orthopedic surgeon was screaming at me when I said " No Thank you" to the knee replacements. very little pain from my knees certainly not worth going thru surgery:O) My Orthopedic surgeon was complaining his shoulder, I told him to take 50,000 D3 daily. He thinks I am crazy, however he is the one who had his shoulder surgically repaired without ever trying D3. It takes about 6 to 8 weeks before the effects kick in. Than you will not believe the relief you get from this miraculous hormone. Crawl on!

I think Vitamin D, fresh air, sunshine, champagne, snails, omelette, avocado, and normal precaution is all that be required to anti-2019nCoVirus. I might be wrong. We shall see. In the meantime I am thankful that whatever is happening seems to be good enough to trigger a possible correction of stuff I am short, and may want, and levitating stuff I have and can sell later so, let us watch & brief even as we act, switching from armed-recon / skirmish, to melee mode, and still keep true to our campaign - the coconut is doing nothing w/ her paper portfolio, at ~40% equity and 60% cash, and the jack is going hog-wild short, all short, totally short, everything
