It is not a majority to convict but a 2/3 rds vote.

I think a 2/3 vote is required to remove, so what trick did NP play to get around that? Even if there were witnesses approved, the Constitution still requires 2/3 to remove.

Are NDA's enforceable, I think Bolton's NDA prevents the galleys at the New York Times from being evidence, and they are still hearsay.
