From DDIM balance sheet:
9/30/98 12/31/96
Accounts receivable, net of allowance 13,065 4,604
Investment in product development, net 2,609 1,255

If the Auditors are not totally asleep, they will make DDIM write off a $1 Million on the allowance for
doubtful accounts on Accounts Receivable, plus all $2.6 Million of Ardes product development. Not
enough sales of Ardes to maintain this $2.6 Million fiction!

A total of $3.6 Million divided by 12.3 Million shares give a $0.29/share right off DDIM should
take at the end of 1997.
