If a prosecutor gets an indictment against you for possessing and smoking dope, which is illegal under federal law, and a jury acquits you, are you forever scarred by this? Or are you now deemed innocent? Furthermore, who walks away with the bad record? You or the prosecutor who had you indicted?

Nice try. The outcome of no impeachment was known before it was even started . The idea Trump was impeached, by a partisan house is a sham. Of course the Dems will say he was impeached. Nothing more than a brainwashing ploy using the media.
