Dersh is dealing in theory. I happen to agree with him, but most historians do note the false "impeachments", which are no more than a version of an indictment as it pertains to government officials. Clinton was impeached too and historians do mention this, but he was acquitted as well he should have been in my opinion.

If an impeachment is not verified by the Senate, it is a sham. it is the same as saying, "I don't like you" instead of saying, "You are guilty"
