You DID say we could never know if Khattala was guilty or not, thus he should be ruled innocent in an American court: I suppose we'll never really know what happened. Your guy could have been the culprit or it could have been Soleimani, but the truth will never be known, In fact, that was a lie. Soleimani is a Shiite and Khattala, like almost all Libyans, is a Sunni. Sunnis and Shias don't work together. You're just seizing on any lie to make Trump look less stupid and inept than he is. Even if it means casting doubt on a terror leader the US legal system, which Trumpers are taught to despise, has convicted in a fair trial.
