I am not sure PSX directly communicates the timing of the turnaround. I believe they communicate yearly cost of the turnaround and of course there can be unforeseen issues. In any case, there was a substantial miss in refining profits due to higher turnaround activity. The turnarounds are scheduled many months in advance, so it's odd for them to cause a surprise miss. Do you mean the turnaround took longer than expected due to finding problems, or something like that?
