No objections whatsoever!
But how do you do your own DD on these stocks?
I mean where can you find more info on line?
Any suggestions?
Thanks for the input.

My Top 3 Picks for This Week!

1.FAMH-The infromation about the Myriad buyout will be released Monday or Tuesday. With this buyout, FAMH changes from a 8M company to an 80M company over-night. FAMH has been trading with a pe of 3 for the last year and with Myriad, they are expected to make over $0.50 this year so that gives us a value of $1.50. One of the reasons why we have such a low pe is because FAMH is a non-reporting company. But, they WILL REPORT last year's earnings on 2/1. This will make them a REPORTING company. By then they will at least deserve a pe of 6 which will give them a value of $3.00. But, once at $3.00, they will be listed on the AMEX. The average pe of a staffing company is 20 so that is how I get a target price of $10 this year. Even though I know all of this will happen...I may try to trade it a little because it has a history of hitting highs but bouncing right back down to the previous price via shorting. I think it will at least double next week and instead of me making $1000, I will make $24,000.

2.AKLM-AKLM reported great earnings and were even upgraded a couple times. Still, the same senerio with AKLM is, buy on rumor sell on news. Even more people started selling when a untrue rumor got out that they will be delisted from the Nasdaq. Currently, AKLM is at $4 and I expect it to close over $5 next week. There was some strong buying towards the close of Friday's trading. The targer price on AKLM is $10 in 10 months.

3.THQI-THQI has been in a trading range for months. The range has about a 25% spread and the base was slowly raising about 5% a week. I normally would but more at these prices but it has been shorted a lot lately and is being held down. I am not sure if the shorters are helping me get in at a good price or if they expect bad earnings. All I know is that in the last couple years, THQI NEVER missed earning's estimates. Infact THEY BEAT THEM EVERYTIME. I am just upset that Nitro didn't make it out last quater. It did come out a week ago and I had major problems finding it but once I bought and played it, I realized that the game sucks. It is still selling strong but look for the sales to slow down once Blockbuster gets them in because then, people can rent the game before buying. Don't worry though, WCW vs NWO is still selling well and WCW vs NWO is a much better game but then again....it's for a whole different system. The bottom line is this....All wrestling fans w/a Sony Playstation WILL buy the game.

STOCK PICKS

Kevin,

The stock pick post is great, it's what the thread needs, maybe even more so, than just our buys/sells.

Thanks for your picks
