This post just proves my points. You don't even know what I'm talking about. I don't really think what you did every christmas has much importance to anyone other than you. I'm talking about giving years of your life to helping others. Doing Volunteer work that is your life for far to long. Two years is a bare minimum. Service is something that only begins to take hold when you see what it is doing to you and your body. I came home a wreak after many years, beyond half a decade, and it took me many more to put my life back together. Nobody gave a fk. 'Where were you? really? How bout them Chiefs!' That's my business. With all due respect....you don't have a fukin clue what service is. I served with a Chinese American. His comment was that life in our new country was the first time he had been treated like an equal. He was from Mass. He was actually treated better and all the nice girls preferred to go with him. He was amazed. Served with a black guy and he was always pissed off because the locals were racists with regards to blacks. NOT an european imported concept. Self adopted long before the europeans came around. Served with a guy who was the same race from a different island, and he and the locals did not like each other at all. He was always saying 'These locals...they are lazy and stupid.' The word for a dirty trick in the local language was the combination of the two island groups close by. I can go on. Why bother. If you don't get what I"m talking about, I don't give a damn.
