Lisa,

If CC has a long-standing short position, that means it was initiated above 5. Thus, why didn't he cover in the low 2's? I don't understand how you can say that he's sitting on a losing short position, when the stock is below 5 right now.

He seems to be happy as a position trader, being able to make a few hundred bucks a day riding a stock down a few fractions. Otherwise, as you say, he would want to see the stock reach outrageous levels, before shorting it.

I also think there is an emotional factor at work. I think he has a grudge against this company, perhaps because of a personal disagreement with one of the stockholders.

The fact that he was able to post every few minutes for two or three straight days suggest some other possibilities. He could be popping caffeine pills and drinking Mountain Dew and coffee by the gallon. Or, he may not be a real person, but rather an artificial intelligence computer program -- and a poorly programmed one, at that.

By the way, does anyone know the derivation of the name Osicom? Os- is a prefix for "bone," as in "ossify," and I wonder if the name is supposed to refer to a "communications backbone."

Lisa,

Yeah, sorry about my confusion. I always interchange the words support and resistance for some reason.

BTW, Craig isn't losing money yet. His short is in a very good position. No one can short below five and that's where the stock is now.
